We are a therapist owned company made up of OTS, PT'S & SLP. We all have a common goal, and that is to provide a transdisciplinary approach for all of our children. We have found that a child who is receiving more than one service makes more progress if the therapists & families work together as a team.

About our Owner

Tammy Smith, owner of Progressive Pediatric Therapy Services, started this company after many years of working in the healthcare industry. She went back to school with a dream to work with children. When she decided on becoming a therapist, she wanted a clinic that would provide all therapies under one roof, with a team approach. Six years after graduating, her dream has come true. Her facility in Tallahassee is growing into what she had envisioned, a family outreach therapy company with all disciplines that provide new innovative treatment approaches with every child in mind.

Our Philosophy

We at Progressive Pediatric Therapy Services believe every child has the potential to succeed. This is why we make every effort to seek out and learn new and innovative types of treatments. As therapists, it is our job to find the best combination of therapies for each child and their families.

We believe that families are an integral part of therapy, we encourage and collabiorate with them to make every session the best learning experience possible.
